Geekwood creates all dice and accessories with advantage, but in the rare event of a critical fail with an order:

• To claim a full refund, please make a request within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
• Geekwood will pay for all related shipping fees.
  
• Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the item, using the original payment method.
