What if I don’t like my dice?

Not feeling the magic? No problem. Take your dice for a spin at the table. If they’re not exactly what you hoped for, you can send them back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We’ll make it simple and stress-free.


How long will my dice take to arrive?

We pack and ship orders within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, most packages arrive in 2–9 business days, depending on your location.


What happens if something shows up damaged or isn’t what I ordered?

Every order is automatically covered by our shipping protection. If your dice are lost in transit or arrive damaged, we’ll take care of it right away - no back-and-forth, no stress. Just email us and we’ll send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.


Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Tariffs in the United States are included in the shipping fees. For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
